What materials do you use?

All shelfyx products are made from steel sourced from the U.S.A in different gauges depending on the product. Each product is then painted and given a protective clear coat. 

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

We strive to protect your product the best we can during transit. In the case that your product does come damaged, please contact us and we will make it right!

Why are all orders custom?

All of our orders are custom made so we can offer a more diverse and custom tailored product to everyone.

Do orders come with mounting hardware?

Yes, all orders come with the necessary mounting hardware and drywall anchors to mount on a standard interior wall. If you need to mount a product on a different surface it is recommended to purchase the appropriate anchor for the application and note that all of our fasteners are #8. Please reach out if you need any help.

Where are your products made?

All products are designed and hand finished in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
